SERVICE / LEAD-GEN MODE — this is NOT an ecom product ad. There is no product to photograph; the "product" is an OUTCOME (more booked calls, lower cost per lead, a scaling ad system). Sell the transformation and DE-RISK the decision. Design TEXT-LED, never product-led.
The winning service-static structure (top→bottom): 1. AUDIENCE CALLOUT — name exactly who it's for in line one ("For B2B companies & coaches", "For HVAC contractors doing $50k+/mo"). The right person self-selects instantly. 2. PAIN HOOK as a question — ONE sharp, specific, felt problem ("Your cost per call keeps climbing every week?", "Your ads worked last month but died this month?", "Dealing with low show rates?", "Burned by an agency that delivered nothing?"). Specific beats clever — they must think "that's me." 3. GUARANTEE / RISK-REVERSAL — the spine. Kill the "what if it doesn't work" fear ("We'll beat your best campaign — guaranteed, or you don't pay", "A winner or you don't pay", "or we refund you everything"). Lead with the guarantee, not features. 4. ONE simple CTA ("Click to learn how", "Book a call"). Never two asks.
VISUAL: clean, high-contrast, editorial. The headline is the hero — large, legible, fully inside the frame. A real photo of a person/operator OR a bold typographic layout — NOT a product render, packshot, or lifestyle-product scene. USE these archetypes: pas_problem, guarantee_badge, comparison (us vs their current agency / new vs old way), before_after (client results), testimonial_card, stat_card (one proof number), founder_letter, advertorial. NEVER use product archetypes (feature_callout, as_seen_in, timeline, scarcity, lifestyle/packshot). DIVERSITY MANDATE: every concept in a batch must look VISUALLY DIFFERENT — different archetype, theme, layout AND messaging. Re-skinning one template with swapped words gets penalized (higher costs, instability). Change the archetype per concept. Use ONLY verified proof for any number or guarantee — never fabricate a stat or a guarantee the business can't honor.
PAIN LIBRARY — rotate a DIFFERENT one per concept (the pain hook in beat 2). Pick the most specific, most felt problem for the audience; never reuse the same pain across a batch: - Scaling ceiling — "You hit a revenue ceiling you can't push past?" - Inconsistent results — "Your ads worked last month but died this month?" - Rising cost per lead/call — "Your cost per lead climbs every single week?" - Low show rates — "Half your booked calls never show up?" - Unqualified leads — "Drowning in leads that never had the budget?" - Agency burned them — "Burned by an agency that promised the world and delivered nothing?" - Months testing, no winner — "Months of testing and still no winning ad?" - Funnel converts but ads don't — "Your funnel converts — but the ads can't feed it?" - Afraid to raise budget — "Too scared to scale spend in case it all breaks?" - Clicks but no conversions — "Plenty of clicks, none of them turn into clients?"
EXECUTION NOTES - Lead with the GUARANTEE, not features — risk-reversal is the spine of every service static. If the business can't honor a guarantee, fall back to a single proof number (stat_card) instead — never invent one. - One audience, one pain, one guarantee, one CTA per concept. Two asks = none. - Text is the hero: large, legible, fully inside the frame with safe margins. Clean, high-contrast, editorial — a real operator photo or a bold typographic layout, never a product render. - Diversity across the batch: change the ARCHETYPE (pas_problem / guarantee_badge / comparison / before_after / testimonial_card / stat_card / founder_letter / advertorial), not just the words. Re-skinned templates get penalized in delivery.
