Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoAdy (“the Service”), operated by Kristians Tiesnesis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoAdy is a web-based platform that connects to your Meta (Facebook) ad accounts to provide ad management, performance analytics, AI-powered insights, automated rules, and reporting tools. The Service requires you to authenticate with your Meta account and grant necessary permissions.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Meta Account Connection

By connecting your Meta account to AutoAdy, you:

• Authorize us to access your Meta ad accounts and related data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Confirm you have authority to grant access to the connected ad accounts
• Acknowledge that actions taken through AutoAdy (such as pausing ads, adjusting budgets, or creating campaigns) will affect your live Meta ad accounts
• Can revoke access at any time through the Settings page or through Meta’s app permissions

5. Subscription and Billing

• AutoAdy offers free and paid subscription plans.
• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to request a refund.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Meta’s Terms of Service or Advertising Policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended functionality
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. AI-Powered Features

AutoAdy uses artificial intelligence to provide insights, recommendations, and automated actions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated recommendations are suggestions and not guaranteed to produce specific results
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions before they are applied to your ad accounts
• AI analysis may not account for all business-specific factors
• We are not liable for outcomes resulting from following AI recommendations

8. Team Access

If you invite team members to your AutoAdy account, you are responsible for their actions within the platform. Team members will have access to your ad account data based on the role and permissions you assign.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by AutoAdy and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by Meta’s APIs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoAdy and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoAdy and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
