How to Delete Your Data

AutoAdy provides multiple ways to delete your data. You can remove your Meta account connection, delete specific data, or request full account deletion.

Option 1: Disconnect Your Meta Account

To remove your Meta account connection and all associated ad data:

1. Log in to your AutoAdy account at autoady.io
2. Go to Settings → Connections
3. Click Disconnect next to your Meta account

This will immediately delete your Meta access token and remove the connection. Associated ad performance data will be deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Remove Access via Facebook

You can also revoke AutoAdy’s access directly from Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
2. Find AutoAdy in the list
3. Click Remove

This revokes our access to your Meta data. We will be notified via webhook and will delete your stored data within 30 days.

Option 3: Full Account Deletion

To delete your entire AutoAdy account and all associated data, send an email to:

Please include the email address associated with your AutoAdy account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What Data We Delete

Upon account deletion, we remove all of the following:

• Your account profile and authentication data
• Meta OAuth access tokens
• Ad account data (campaigns, ads, performance metrics)
• AI-generated insights, tags, and recommendations
• Automated rules and configurations
• Chat history and agent interactions
• Notification preferences and linked messaging accounts
• Team memberships and roles
• Brand memory and custom settings
• Billing history (Stripe records may be retained per Stripe’s data retention policy)

Data Deletion Callback

AutoAdy supports Meta’s Data Deletion Request callback. When you remove AutoAdy from your Facebook Business Integrations, we automatically receive a deletion request and process it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Data Retention After Deletion

After deletion:

• All personal and ad account data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics may be retained (not linked to your identity)
• Backup copies are purged within 90 days
• We do not retain Meta API data after you disconnect or delete your account
